Question 1

How much does Barepost cost?

Accepted Answer

$30 per month covers one shared team calendar. Each additional calendar is $20 per month. There is no per-seat fee, and every new account starts with a 14-day trial.

Question 2

How do I invite my team?

Accepted Answer

The owner sends an invite to each staff member. Staff accept the invite, create an account, and join the team. There is no public staff sign-up.

Question 3

How does Barepost handle security?

Accepted Answer

Barepost uses invite-only, authenticated access. Team and calendar access is scoped to the people invited to that team, so staff do not see other calendars unless they are invited there.

Question 4

Can I manage multiple calendars or teams?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One owner can run multiple calendars under the same account. Each calendar keeps its own schedule and invited team, which keeps separate businesses or locations separate.

Question 5

What happens when I cancel my account?

Accepted Answer

A full cancellation stops billing at the end of the current billing period. Barepost does not refund time that has already been charged.
